Your Visit
Before you arrive

You will receive confirmation letter by email conforming the name of your specialist, date, time and location of your appointment. You will be sent a link to fill a confidential medical questionnaire that will be made available to the specialist on the day of your appointment. Please bring any previous tests results or scans that may be related to your complaint.

Consultation

Your initial consultation will involve a detailed history taking of your complaint and any associated medical problems followed by a clinical examination. There will be an opportunity for you to ask any questions and understand your problem without feeling rushed.

We may request tests or scans and will try to complete them on the same day so that a firm diagnosis can be established. We shall also aim to start your treatment plan on the same day.

Treatment

Most treatments and scans are performed in house at our clinics. The clinics are equipped for minor procedures and treatments that can be performed on an out-patients basis.

Preparing for Surgery

All major surgical procedures are performed at our partner hospitals that are geared for the specialist equipment required for foot and ankle surgery.

A full pre-operative assessment and consent process is completed before the operation. Written information will be provided both as a clinical letter and patient information leaflet to ensure that you have a comprehensive understanding of the procedure, recover and risks or implications related to procedure.

We will also assess your post-operative mobility and support levels to ensure that your journey is as seamless as possible.

Follow up

All follow up will be at our out-patient clinic where our nurses and specialists will review you regularly through your post treatment episode.

Insurance

Our specialists are registered with most UK and International private medical insurance companies. We aim to bill insurance companies directly for all consultations and treatments at our clinic. Please do provide a referral letter and/or authorisation where required by your insurance provider.
